Whale Watching

I'm not talking about sitting outside the grille at lunchtime. We went out on a boat to see the real whales http://www.whalewatch.com/dolphinfleet/ . Although, there were two big ole lesbians in front of us in line munching on some fish and chips, so you could say the whale watching started before we even left the dock. Hunk had to stay back in the camper for this trip. We had a great time. We saw about 20 whales according to the marine biologist aboard many were in pairs and there was at least one group of about five. A few surfaced right along side the boat. I know we were safe and all but it was a little unnerving to see something that big that close to the boat. You watch in awe as this huge whale just gracefully surfaces along side the boat and all you can think of is one flip of that tail or if he comes up directly underneath we are all gonna be swimming. We came back into dock safe and sound. We had dinner at Bubala's by the Bay http://www.bubalas.com/ . I had some clam chowder and a lobster because I'm in New England and that's just something you need to have. Home to feed Hunk have some cocktails and go to bed.
